Meet Keveron Lejerus

"Homeownership is an asset that can build generational wealth and be a catalyst for freedom,” says Key Bryant. Perhaps no truer words describe real estate from such a deeply personal perspective. Though homeownership once seemed like a long shot to Key, he’s achieved it, and he’s happy to help others do the same. It’s the best way for Key to pay it forward, and he lives by the golden rule while doing it.

 

Originally from the Natomas area of Sacramento, Key holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and entrepreneurship. After launching his real estate career at just 19 years old, he worked through the ranks as a transaction coordinator, customer care manager, and short sales processor for a top-producing local broker associate before becoming one himself.

 

Key’s entry into real estate was highly motivated, as he grew up where his family always rented — and was evicted multiple times. After learning the stark difference between tenancy and homeownership, he was determined never to be in a position where a landlord could force him and his family out. Key believes everyone should either be a homeowner or at least own property. That’s what makes him so excited for the future of first-time and move-up buyers and investors transitioning into luxury residential or commercial properties.

 

Key is a diligent worker, and his consistent high production has earned him the Life Member designation of the Sacramento Association of Realtors® Masters Club, which recognizes the top 10% of industry producers, and he has ranked in the top 2% of Realtors® in Sacramento, Placer, and Yolo counties by Sacramento Real Producers. Key is also a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors® Masters Club Steering Committee and the Cultural Diversity and Fair Housing Committee. Despite his accolades, Key is most proud of his top-tier client service, which centers clients’ best interests at all times.

 

Away from real estate, Key loves family time, football, cars, working out, and traveling. He also sits on the University of California, Davis Community Advisory Board and volunteers at Loaves and Fishes in Sacramento.
