Meet Kelsey

Kelsey Carter is the newest member of Talent Real Estate, obtaining her license in March 2023 and is eager to learn alongside such a seasoned and professional group of Agents. Kelsey was born and raised in the Pocket/Greenhaven neighborhood of Sacramento and has never left! She has always used her spare time looking at houses online and remembers as a young child loving to look at model homes. 

Kelsey and her husband contacted Key & Sara   for the sale of their first home and purchase of their newest property. During that process she couldn’t deny her passion; she took the required courses, studied for the exam and a year later became a licensed agent. Kelsey has over 15 years of state service working in a high-level Director’s office and understands the importance of details and deadlines. 

Kelsey has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Sacramento State and an Associate’s Degree from Sacramento City College in Correctional Administration. Outside of her passion for real estate and helping families build generational wealth; she loves spending time with her family. Kelsey and Duron have two littles; Olivia and Levi who keep them busy with swimming, soccer, softball and lots of baking and crafts!
